2021 Mazda 6 Rumors Concept, Redesign – The least few periods, the 2021 Mazda 6 news and Concept have really started to peak. Will the vehicle make the launch date? What will it look like?
Several of the news did base on a single leaked animation of earlier during the year. Then responsible journalists and bloggers were wary of commenting since it’s hard to say much from one quick sketch. Mazda has added fuel to the fire, however, with the release of a fresh image of the Mazda 6. On their own official Instagram timeline.
2021 Mazda 6 Rumors Concept Specs to Look Forward To
With that single post, we can now get excited about the 2021 Mazda 6 rumors. This car is expected to be a budget vehicle, priced somewhere around $25,000 to $35,000. Affordable enough to be a strong competitor against some of the lower-priced Volkswagens, but still a nice beefy vehicle.
With a 2.5 liter, 4-cylinder, 16 valve engine and an expected fuel economy of 36mpg on highways, this is a nice choice for those looking for a petrol vehicle. There is going to be a diesel model, which is 2.2-liter and 173hp.
hybrid Engine Version Specs
There was some leaked information about a hybrid, but since that initial gossip, nothing more has been heard. It could be that all of the R&D has been invested into safety since the purported safety features include mill wave radar for obstacle detection and MRCC/advanced cruise control to detect traffic and manage the speed of the vehicle better.
Interior and Exterior Redesign
The exterior, based on the Instagram post, is easily recognizable as being a Mazda. It’s a little sportier and more modern looking, but not a huge departure from Mazda’s classic look.
The same goes for the inside. Mazda is sticking with its proprietary entertainment system, which means that out-of-the-box it will be difficult for users to connect their Android or iOS devices up to the car.
Google is releasing an app that will allow owners of Android devices to connect their phone to pretty much any car, and that app will include limited compatibility with Mazda’s systems, but only through the touch-screen.
The Mazda 6 is expected to come with some nice features. Including heated side mirrors, a rearview camera, heated seats, and automatic headlight leveling to name just a few of the features. We’re definitely excited!
